Farmshoring CRM – Increase service levels and reduce costs in Vermont.

by Seamus on August 12, 2010

Back in 2008, I wrote a blog post on Why VAZT, Why Now? I wrote;

“….the light bulb came on in regards to how companies across many different industries share processes and applications; the limiting factor was that there was no common language or taxonomy that allowed companies to operate in a standard way.”

It was my goal to develop a semantic transaction engine that allowed companies to share common business functions, processes and activities.
With that goal in mind, I have decided to join The Kea Group as director of marketing. Their product offering, North American Connexions, delivers value through a component based managed service to their customers and clients around customer relationship management including, sales and marketing, pick, pack and ship, customer service, tech support, warehousing and full financial applications.

Our relationship will allow me to turn my dream into reality, a natural language transactional network, in essence, the network of websites become the system and delivers all operational components; people, process, technology and now the physical footprint to deliver a turn key outsourced solution.

Since 1995, The Kea Group has been delivering the following services to their clients:

Order management process

Logistics process

Warehouse process

Accounts receivable process

Credit and collections process

It is important to remember that this is not a software only solution but one that delivers the people, process and technology in a managed service offering. The value to our client is they can increase service levels by bringing customer management and service back to a domestic location or reduce costs by choosing the Burlington, VT area as a low cost to alternative to higher cost locations.
